The nearest domestic Airport is SEINÄJOKI (55 km/40 min. by car from Kuortane) and the nearest international airport is VAASA (120 km/1,5 hours by car from Kuortane)

By road from the Seinäjoki airport:
Drive 11 km from airport towards Seinäjoki. Turn left at the junction signposted Seinajoki 4 km. Drive ahead in the following traffic lights and turn right at the next signpost Kapernaumi/Kivistö/Tulli. Drive straight ahead, and from the roundabout, travel towards Kuortane signposted Kuortane 37 km. Drive ahead 34 km. Turn left following the sign Kuortane 4 km and continue following signs for Urheiluopisto. The Reception is located in Kuortanehalli (Main Sports Arena).

By public transport:
By train to Seinäjoki and from there by bus to Kuortane (appr. 3 hours from Helsinki to Seinäjoki)
