International Strength Training Seminar
Next international Strenght Training seminar takes place on 8 - 10 October 2010 at Kuortane Sports Institute. The theme of the seminar is the strength training of female and young athletes.


World University Wrestling Championship 2012
The International University Sports Federation FISU has granted the 9th World University Wrestling Championship to the Finnish Student Sports Federation. The event will be arranged at Kuortane Sports Institute, who is the main organizer of the Championships. The preliminary competition days are 1 - 6 October 2012.
