At our Testing and Consulting Centre we serve top athletes in all events to develop their performance in a balanced way. With our tests all areas of physical performance can be measured to find out all strenghts and possible weaknesses in an athlete's performance spectrum.

Accurate laboratory tests and practical field tests give concrete information about the abilities and development of the athlete. Modern DV-technology helps in analysing techniques of different sports and gives coaches better information to improve the athlete's techniquw. This personal feedback helps to optimise an athlete's training through out the whole year - and through out the whole career.

Edurance Testing
The endurance charasteristics of athletes can be measured in our laboratory using treadmill or ergometer tests. Oxygen and lactic acid analysers are also available. Optimal training speeds and heart rates can be defined as well by means of sport specific field tests. For people with physically active lifestyle we offer test packages of basic fitness charasteristics. 

Strength and Speed Testing
Speed and strenght charasteristics of athletes can be measured with our modern testing facilities both in laboratory and sports specific field conditions. On-line analyses combined with our wide database help to obtain quick and reliable evaluations of performance levels.

With our long experience we can provide an accurate evaluation of an athlete's charasteristics, and provide suggestions for the future directions and focus of the training according to the requirements of each sport. We provide a broad range of testing packages for each sport, and make personal training programmes for individual and team athletes.
