The Kuortane High Performance Training Centre has developed into a unique, multisport, international coaching centre and into a keenly sought after partner for national- and international sporting bodies alike as well as for top-class, professional sports clubs and organisations. Development has been fast, such that the coaching, training and competition activities have tripled over the last 15 years at Kuortane.
As a full service Training Centre we offer both individual athletes and teams training camps, which include full use of the training facilities, accommodation, catering, recovery and testing services. The Centre boasts one of the country's best Testing Labs and this compliments the well-experienced coaching/training staff very well. You can be tested with a variety of muscle and endurance test to ensure you get on the right path according to your own goals.
In the last few years the High Performance Training Centre has become even more popular for staging major sporting events; such as Elite Games in athletics, Nordic Championships in volleyball for boys and girls U17, European Cricket Indoor Championships and World University Championship 2008 in Floorball.
Due to its excellent all round concept, the Training Centre attracts many differing sports in hosting both major events as well as smaller-scale competitions; the coaching and training centre is developing into a true multisport competition centre.
